Elvis Summers – LA tiny houses for the homeless. According to the LA Homeless Services Authority (LAHSA), LA County has around 60,000 homeless, of which 36,300 are in the City of Los Angeles. The LA Country 2019-2020 spending bill has $424 million to combat and prevent homeless. Elvis’s homes cost $1,200.
